The Content section in the Involv Analytics Center gives you a complete view of how published intranet content is performing. From site pages and news articles to notifications, this dashboard helps content owners and communicators track engagement, refine strategy, and align messages with employee behavior.

📁 Left Navigation Panel

Access to key analytics and communication tools:

  • Content, Search, Notifications, Mandatory Read

  • Read Receipts, Incidents, Users, Polls, Newsletters

  • Clarity, Google Analytics, Mobile

Use these links to switch between content insights and broader platform metrics.


📊 Top Panel: Highlight Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find spotlight cards featuring top-performing content:

  • Most Likes, Most Comments, Most Views, Most Visitors

  • Top User Categories, Top Departments

Each card shows a content item with key metrics:

👍 Likes | 💬 Comments | 👁 Views | 👤 Visitors

Examples:

  • Home (Emma Mees) – 3,703 views, 5 visitors

  • Notification Preferences – 382 views, 4 visitors

  • Newsletter – 285 views, 4 visitors

  • Who is who? – 240 views, 4 visitors

These highlights offer a quick view of the most impactful content.


📂 Detailed Content Table

Beneath the cards, a sortable table lists all content items with the following columns:

Column Description
Title Name of the content item (e.g., Home, Newsletter)
Language Language tag or label (e.g., "Multilingual")
Author Creator (e.g., Emma Mees, Tim Bogemans)
Likes Number of likes
Comments Number of comments
Views Total page views
Visitors Unique users who viewed the item
Created On Date the content was published
Content Type Format (e.g., Site Page, News)
User Categories / Departments Segments for targeted insights
 

You can search, filter, or sort columns (e.g., by views or date) to focus on specific content.


📤 Export and Performance Tools

  • Toggle “Show additional columns” or “Enable performance metrics” for more detail.

  • Click Export to Excel (top right) to download the dataset for offline analysis or presentations.


🗓 Time Range Filter

Use the Time Range dropdown (e.g., "Last year") in the top-right to adjust the reporting window. This is useful for viewing trends across months, quarters, or custom campaign periods.
