What is Accessibility Mode?

Accessibility Mode increases contrast, enlarges text spacing, and removes visual distractions to create a more accessible experience — especially useful for users with visual or cognitive impairments.

How to Enable It:

  1. Click your admin panel

  2. Toggle Accessibility Mode to On

  3. Select the font size you want

The interface will update immediately with higher contrast and simplified layouts.

ℹ️ This setting is user-specific — it won’t affect how others see the intranet.

🌙 Dark Mode

What is Dark Mode?

Dark Mode replaces light backgrounds with dark tones to reduce eye strain, especially in low-light environments. It's also preferred by many users for aesthetic reasons or energy savings on OLED screens.

How to Enable It:

  1. Click your admin panel

  2. Go to Accessibility banner

  3. Toggle Dark Mode to On
