How to add Involv library to PNP Search?

Integrate the Involv Library with PnP search components for better results.

Steps to add Involv Library to PnP Search

  1. Edit your page where the PnP search web parts are located.

  2. Add the PnP Search Results component (or any other PnP component you need).

  3. Go to the second page of the configuration panel.

  4. Click Configure extensibility configuration.

  5. Overwrite the name and manifest GUID with the Involv details:

    • Name: Involv

    • Manifest GUID: 6ea3e6dc-eb0c-4157-aff3-46d29188ccfe

Which components need the Involv Library?

  • PnP – Search Box web part → ✅ The Involv Library must be added.

  • PnP – Search Results web part → ✅ The Involv Library must be added.

  • PnP – Search Rollup web part → ✅ The Involv Library must be added.

  • PnP – Search Vertical web part → ❌ No action needed.

  • PnP – Search Filter web part → 🔄 Automatically connects and uses the library from the Search Results web part.

 

After this "Involv Search" has been added and you can have better settings to configure.

✅ Tip: Always double-check the GUID after saving — a wrong value will cause the PnP web parts to fail to load Involv data.
