4. Step-by-step instructions
Step 1 - Create an Incident

Click the Involv Manager toggle to open the side navigation panel.

Select Manage Content.

Click Incidents in the sidebar.

Click Add to create a new incident.

Enter a title for the incident.
Step 2 - Edit and Translate the Incident Title and Description

Click the Translate button to enable language translation for the incident title.
- Enter the full incident description in the Rich Text editor.

(Optional) Add a hyperlink to the incident description and choose whether it should open in a new tab.

Click Confirm, then click OK to save the translation.

Click Back to return to the incidents list.
Step 3 - Configure your Incident Settings

Select the urgency level: Regular, Warning, Urgent, or Solved.

Click Pick a date to set the start date, then click Save.

Click Pick a date to set the end date, then click Save.

Enter a number to define the display order of the incident.

Toggle Show Pop-up to enable a pop-up notification.

(Optional) Select an Audience to target a specific group. Leave blank to show the incident to all users.

(Optional) Configure a Button and Button URL for additional information.
Step 4 - Finalize

Click Save to apply all changes.

Click Close to exit the incidents editing panel.

To configure the Incidents webpart on your landing page:
1. Open your page in edit mode
2. Open the properties panel of your Incident web part.
