How to use the content calendar?
Plan, filter, and manage all your Involv activities in one overview
1. Overview
The Content Calendar in Involv Manager gives you a central view of all planned activities such as news, newsletters, incidents, and events. You can switch between a calendar or list view, apply filters, and directly create or edit activities if you have the right permissions

Switch views

Use the arrows to move between months.

Toggle between calendar view and list view.
Filters

Filter by content type (e.g., News, Newsletters, Incidents).

Filter by status (draft, scheduled, sent).

Filter by date using the calendar picker.
Managing activities

Click on an activity to open it.

If you have editing rights, you can edit or delete the item.

You can also create new activities directly from the calendar view.

Filter by category

You can now select any date in the future and create a new piece of content. This can be a placeholder or an actual page, incident, notification or newsletter

3. Placeholders
You can schedule a placeholder piece of content as a reminder for you or your team that on that day you are scheduled for communication. Afterwards you can select the placeholder and write the content. The date is immediately set.
