Issue: Search results may not work for external users.
Microsoft (MS) tenants worldwide are currently experiencing service degradation specific to external users. The Search API may return HTTP 500 errors for externally invited users. As a result, search web parts can appear empty and display an error message.
MS engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. We’ll follow up the progress and post any status updates here.
Handige links:
• Microsoft Service Health (Service-status per tenant) – zie realtime informatie over storingen en geplande onderhoudsactiviteiten specifiek voor jouw Microsoft 365-omgeving:
https://learn.microsoft.com/nl-nl/microsoft-365/enterprise/view-service-health?view=o365-worldwide
https://status.cloud.microsoft/
