How to create and use the People Picker web part
What does it do?

Allows the creator to search for users and have different collegues be displayed on your intranet page. Search for colleagues and select them for various interactions.

Pulls data from the organization's directory and is integrated with Microsoft 365.

Supports filtering by role, department, or group membership.
How to create the web part
Add the "PeoplePicker" web part on the desired location on your page.

People Picker properties
Title
Class Name
Give a class to the People Picker item. So you can style your People picker.
I add 1 class per people picker.
With the Involv Script editor web part I add 2 classes and give these a background color. This can be any css styling.

Enable presence
enables the visualisation of the user being available or not.
Enable Social buttons
Enables the different contact options.
