How to create notifications

You can use notifications in Involv to highlight important updates, such as company news, announcements, or urgent messages. They are a powerful way to keep your team informed and engaged.

To create a notification.

1. Open admin panel

2. Open Content admin

3. Under notification: Send a notification

4. Here you have the option to select content type like: News, Faqs, Events...

Afterwards, you can select the item that needs to be linked to the notification and this also automatically populates the info for the notification. 

Finally add all notification information like Channels, Audience, Language, shedule the notification
